Terms of Service
1. What AndroAccess is
AndroAccess is an identity and access service. It lets a person sign in once and reach applications that trust it, lets an organisation administer its own members, groups and applications, and issues related credentials such as ID cards, mail-application credentials and server-access keys. These terms cover your use of the service at androaccess.com and any application that relies on it for sign-in.
2. Accounts
- An account is created by AndroHost, by an organisation that administers you, or by you accepting an invitation. You must give accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password, passkeys, recovery codes and any credentials the service issues to you private. Tell us at once if you believe an account has been compromised.
- AndroHost administrator accounts that sign in with a password must use two factor authentication. We may require it of any account.
- You may close your account from your account page. Closing it removes your profile and revokes every credential the service issued to you; records that an organisation is required to keep, and security audit entries, are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Organisations
When you join an organisation on AndroAccess, its owners and administrators can see your name, email address, profile and group membership, can change your role, and can remove you. They decide which applications your membership grants access to. AndroHost does not mediate disputes between an organisation and its members.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to gain access you have not been granted, probe or disrupt it, impersonate another person or organisation, register credentials on behalf of someone without their consent, or break the law. We may suspend an account or an organisation that does.
5. Applications that use AndroAccess
An organisation that registers its own application as a relying party is responsible for that application: what it does with the identity information it receives, how it protects it, and its own terms with its users. AndroAccess provides identity claims on the person's behalf, subject to the consent shown at sign-in; it does not control what the application does afterwards.
6. Availability
We run the service across several regions with the intent that it stays available, and we publish maintenance where we can. It is provided "as is": we do not promise uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for loss arising from an outage, except where the law does not allow that exclusion or a separate written agreement with your organisation says otherwise.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date, and for organisations under a written agreement, by notice to the organisation. Continued use after the date is acceptance.
